As we approach the end of this year, I'm happy to share some special fouraged rarities from the years 2005 - 2007

for those who don't know, back before the production duo Blue Sky Black Death had their official name - they were known as TORSO which they changed due to a conflict with a metal band of the same name.
During that time we also started the Deadpan Darling project together.
Under the name Blue Sky Black Death - Young God aka Televangel & Kingston aka 88 Ultra signed to Mush records and released the album "A Heap of Broken Images" in 2006.

Televangel was kind enough to dig up some of their earliest demos....and I've also included some Deadpan Darling rarities from the same era.

Sometimes you come across an artist that is compelled to do what they do. I appreciate the musicality and the arrangement and the artistry of the songs. He sings and plays like his life depends on it. I appreciate the humanity of the lyrics… Like reading Tortilla Flats, or watching Nobody’s Fool. Ceschi is a bright star.
